We will complete all necessary paperwork and ensure all is sent out to the relavant parties within the timeframes stipulated within the Strata Titles Act 1985. Chair meetings, provide minute taker and supply the venue.

Technical Support

Address any relevant enquiries on a day to day basis, ensuring the property by-laws are taken into consideration for each matter raised.

Lodge Insurance claims and arrange quotes for any work required to be carried out, serving notices in accordance to by-law compliance.

Complete Section 43 (c) when a property is sold.

Arrange any extraordinary meetings required by the council as needed.
